The agentic upgrade

Move the routine work in your business to AI agents, led by a named ace and backed by a forward deployed engineer, and grow with the team you already have.

What an agentic workflow is

An agentic workflow is a part of your business where AI agents do the routine steps: reading and sorting what comes in, drafting replies and documents, updating records, checking work against your rules and preparing reports.

People stay in charge. Your team sets the rules, handles the exceptions and approves the steps that matter, which you choose with us when the workflow is designed. Your ace reviews everything that ships to you.

The aim is routine work done the same way every time, and a clear view of whether it is.

What the engagement looks like

  1. Step 1: An ace who learns your industry leads

We match you with an ace for the role, with experience in your industry wherever we can. Your ace then studies your business in depth: your customers, your rules, your numbers and how your team does the work today. From there, your ace leads as a domain expert in your industry.

  2. Step 2: A forward deployed engineer designs it with you

A forward deployed engineer backs your ace. Together they map the work with you and your team, decide which steps go to agents and which stay with people, and build the workflow into the systems you already use.

  3. Step 3: Agents take on the repetitive work

Agents handle the routine steps under the rules you agreed. Exceptions and approvals go to the right person on your team, and your ace reviews everything that ships to you.

  4. Step 4: You see it on a dashboard

The workflow ends in a dashboard with the KPIs you care about and alerts when something needs attention, so you can see whether the business is running the way it should.

Growth with the team you have

The goal is a business that can grow with the team you already have. Your people are experts in what they do, and that knowledge is what makes a workflow work.

Agents take on the mundane tasks. The people who did them are positioned to oversee several agents each, handle the exceptions and spend more of their time on work that needs judgment. We hope that leads to promotions.

Pocket Aces designs every workflow for growth with your current team. Decisions about your team stay with you.

The subsidized plan

With the subsidized plan, a qualifying business can make the agentic upgrade free of charge, for the work the plan covers.

How the plan is paid for

The plan is paid for by sharing information. If you choose it, you agree to let Pocket Aces share anonymized, aggregated information about how your workflows run with third parties, including AI companies, who pay Pocket Aces for it. That payment covers the cost of your plan. The sharing happens only under a written agreement that you review before you sign.

What the written agreement will say

  • What is shared: anonymized, aggregated information about how your workflows run.
  • What is never shared: the names of your customers, the names of the people who work for you, and your confidential documents.
  • What you can opt out of: any workflow you want kept out of the sharing, and the sharing as a whole.
  • If you opt out of all sharing: the plan is no longer subsidized, and you can move to a standard paid plan or end the engagement on the terms in the agreement.

The full terms of the plan, including who qualifies and what it covers, are in the written agreement, and the written agreement is what applies. Nothing on this page is an offer. If you would rather share nothing, the same work is available on a standard paid plan.

Questions

Is the subsidized plan really free?
You pay no fee for the work the plan covers. In exchange, you agree to let Pocket Aces share anonymized, aggregated information about how your workflows run with third parties, including AI companies, who pay Pocket Aces for it. The written agreement sets out what the plan covers.
What information is shared?
Anonymized, aggregated information about how your workflows run. The written agreement commits Pocket Aces not to share the names of your customers, the names of the people who work for you, or your confidential documents. You review the agreement before you sign.
Who receives it?
Third parties, including AI companies, under the terms of the written agreement.
Can we opt out?
Yes. The written agreement lets you keep any workflow out of the sharing, or stop the sharing as a whole. If you stop it as a whole, the plan is no longer subsidized, and you can move to a standard paid plan or end the engagement on the terms in the agreement.
Do we have to take the subsidized plan?
No. The same work is available on a standard paid plan, without this information sharing.
Does an agentic workflow mean fewer people?
That is not what we design for. Each workflow is designed so the business can grow with the team it has, with people overseeing agents instead of doing the routine steps. Decisions about your team stay with you.
